I cook often and this is the absolute BEST KNIFE I have ever used. I do have that other "famous maker" German knives set, but discovered that Chroma knives are FAR SUPERIOR!!!

They cut trhough everything like butter, but the best part is ERGONOMICS. They truly mold to your palm and are extremely comfortable for all tasks: chopping, slicing, mincing, dicing. Try one - and you'll understand.
